Come and join me at this work shop and find out what it takes to prevent your child from ever becoming a picky eater! I will start with the introduction to baby food, textures and taste; do you know why many babies refuse to eat?
Or are they just telling you they are ready to be rid of the runny food and move on more solid food!
You'll leave the class with the parenting tools that will aid you in putting-the-breaks to bad behaviour, reinforce positive behaviour and coping with those unwanted shenanigans at the table. Plus, I will teach you the tricks of introducing new foods without the food war. You do not have to hide the veggies in order to have your child except them and eat them!
